Admissions Process
Online registration for admission for the new academic year commences in August of each year and is the first step in the procedure. Admission procedures laid down by the School are strictly adhered to as given below.

Children between the ages of 1 ½ to 3 are eligible for KINDERTOT

Children born before 1st June 2022 are eligible for KINDERARK/ PRE- SCHOOL.

Children born before 1st June 2021 are eligible for KG/ LKG.

Children born before 1st June 2020 are eligible for PREP/ UKG.

Documents to be submitted with the Application form before interaction:
Birth Certificate
A copy of the Birth Certificate (Please bring the original also for verification).
Passport Photo
One passport sized photo of the student.
Vaccination Card
A copy of the vaccination/ Immunization card.
*This is required for students seeking admission for Grade 2 upwards.
STEP 4
Student Interaction with Vice Principal
The Student is then required to attend an interaction session/Aptitude Test with the Vice Principal (as per the grade).
STEP 5
Payment of Fees
Once admission is cleared and notified, the parent proceed with Fee Payment and secure the seat.
Documents to be submitted once interaction and admission cleared (Grade 2 upwards):
Aadhar card
The Aadhar card of the child and the parents and a copy each of the same.(for all classes including KL)
Reference letter
A reference letter from the Principal of the last attended School.( from 6th grade upwards)
Transfer certificate
All admissions done after 15th June require a studying/ discontinued T.C, which is valid for only 30 days from the last date of attendance
Certificates
Students seeking admission to the school from Grade 2 and upwards are required to submit the Original Promoted Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended, duly attested /signed by the Head of the Institution.
Passport
A copy of the student passport with valid visa/ OCI card (if the child is a foreign national)
No Dues Certificate
No due certificate from Previous School
STEP 6
Welcome Letter
An Admission Number is generated and Welcome Letter confirming the seat is handed over to the Parent/Guardian.

For Kinderland we have a face to face interaction/ online interaction with the Vice Principal.
At the Lower Primary stage we have a 15-20 minutes interaction with the coordinator, followed by an interaction with the Vice Principal.
Middle school upwards there is a written aptitude test followed by an interaction with the Vice Principal.

For grade 1 to 4 –Hindi and Malayalam need to be learnt compulsorily.
For grade 5 to 7 – 2nd language is Hindi and for 3rd language the options are French, Spanish, Malayalam & Sanskrit
For 8th grade – 2nd Language can be the language the student will be opting for in 9th & 10th grade and 3rd language can be an option from Hindi or Malayalam or Sanskrit or French.
